Maid For All Integrated Services Inc. (“Maid For All”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the privacy of our clients, prospective clients, contractors, service providers and website visitors.

3. Information About Property Access
Because Maid For All provides services inside residential and commercial properties, clients may voluntarily provide information necessary for our team to access and safely service a property.

- door or entry instructions
- access codes
- alarm or security instructions
- building access information
- parking or loading instructions
- other information necessary to enter or service a property
This information is used only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, manage appointments and protect the safety and security of the property and our service providers.
Access-related information is treated as confidential and access is limited to individuals who require it for legitimate business or service purposes.
Clients should notify Maid For All if an access code, password or other security instruction changes.
4. How We Collect Personal Information
We may collect personal information:

- during the provision of our services

6. Photographs and Videos
Photographs may be provided by clients or taken by Maid For All in connection with our services.
Photographs may be used for legitimate service-related purposes, including:
- preparing or supporting an estimate
- documenting the condition of an area before or after a service
- documenting completed work
- communicating service results to a client
- documenting an item or area when requested by a client
- documenting items before disposal when a client has requested such documentation

Maid For All does not intentionally photograph personal documents, financial information, private correspondence or other unrelated personal items when taking service-related photographs.
Because photographs are taken within homes and commercial properties, incidental personal information may occasionally appear in an image.

From time to time, Maid For All may use photographs or videos for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media platforms, promotional materials or other business communications.
We will seek appropriate consent before using identifiable client property or client-related photographs for public marketing purposes.
Where a photograph includes a pet, the photograph may be used for marketing only where the applicable client consent for marketing use has been obtained.
A client may contact us if they have questions or concerns about the use of a photograph.
7. Sharing Personal Information
Maid For All may share personal information when reasonably necessary to provide our services or operate our business.
This may include sharing relevant information with:
- authorized Maid For All team members and contractors who require the information to perform assigned services
- service providers that assist us with email marketing, website analytics, cloud storage or other legitimate business functions
- professional advisors where reasonably necessary
- government authorities, regulators or other parties where required or permitted by law
- other parties where you have provided appropriate consent
We limit the information shared to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.
Maid For All does not sell or rent clients’ personal information.

Maid For All may work with independent contractors and third-party service providers to deliver services.
Where a contractor or service provider requires personal information to perform services on behalf of Maid For All, access will be limited to information reasonably necessary for that purpose.
Contractors and service providers are expected to maintain the confidentiality and security of personal information and to use it only for authorized purposes.
